Does your state sell beer out of liquor stores or at every gas station & grocery store.?

I live in Indiana and they sell it everywhere. I've heard you were banned because you tried to score some beer at Toys R US. Indiana is a dry state on Sundays.

Liquor laws are weird to say the least. In Texas you can buy beer and wine in grocery stores, and gas stations, but you have to go to a liquor store for a bottle of whiskey. I like New Mexico because they sell it all in the grocery stores. You can pick up your snacks and a bottle of Jack at the same place. You can also walk into a bar and buy a six pack to go.

In PA you have to go to a distributor to buy beer. Either that or buy it by the six pack in a bar. Liquor stores sell wine & spirits. Wineries can sell bottled wine. That's it. No convenience or grocery store sales--yet. Liquor stores open after noon on Sundays.

They need to start putting them in soda machines

Everywhere in Michigan, but you can't buy beer before noon on Sundays where I live. Go figure....I guess we have to drink whiskey before church?

You can get it anywhere here...But it's Sunday so they won't sell until after noon.
