It has made it so much easier.. it is easier to arrange holidays, meeting up with people and to chat at convenient times. Everyone can write down on facebook events when they can make it so i can choose a date when it's most convenient for the largest number of people with ease. Something that used to take me weeks.
Also there is always one of my friends on msn/ facebook chat/ skype so i don't have to be lonely...
I am pretty conservative in my use of the internet. All my friends are people i have met in real life, i would never chat to anyone i hadn't already met and I use it to chat and catch up with them rather than to make new friends.
I am pretty lazy, in the world of letter writing I would have very little friends left from school which is at the other end of the country to university. So yeah. made it easier to arrange more get togethers and keep up with distant friends on a daily basis. :D

I've spent more time online than I have outside now-a-days. Work, Internet, Maybe some sleep, repeat. I don't even realize how much it's changed my life because of how actively I come on the internet.
