Depends on the situation, but there was this guy that was trying to get in good with our group and he used a fist bump and looked quite unhip and desperate. But I've seen some people pull it off. I guess it depends on the situation and the person doing it.

I'm glad fist bumps have come into vogue. Must less risk of spreading germs. Way cooler looking too.
