that really depends on your location and whether they except pets. I would say anywhere from 595 to 750 in the decent amount range and the decent neighbor hood area.
Now a days it is really hard to say. Everyone is redoing prices and trying to get new people in their apts. Most also make you pay water, sewer, garbage as well, some include that in rent.
I would ck out a real estate agency and give them an idea of what you are looking for and the price range you have in mind.

too much. Portland is a dump. Oregon has the highest unemployment rate in the US. it's like Charleston West Virginia.
