There are many good sites. I list these in no particular order.

I had too many links which Yahoo answers won't allow - check the National Institutes of Health (NIH) complied by the National Institut of Neurological Disorders and Stroke is a Parkinson's disease search - it is excellent. I omitted WebMd because that llink was provided already. It is a good site although there is some iffy stuff there.

You can also find YOPD information here.
You can't forget the contributions of MIT, Cambridge, Whitehead, Boston University, Harvard.
Maryland has an good site as well.
Northwestern University has some very important research underway and is another good site
Wikipedia has excellent info and it enables you to cross reference.
It is important to recognize early onset PD- Young Onset or YOPD because the treatments and progression can be different from older age onset Parkinson's. There are more blogs than anything at this point although there is a new YOPD site:
Look for the Muhammad Ali PD Research Center - it is pretty good as well since he developed YOPD it is important for the many young people who also have early onset PD

All of these sites will provide information and links.
You can find discussion about symptoms, philosphical observations, links to clinical trials and studies, treatment courses, supplements, therapies and some smiles of support.
While many sites ask for donations when you arrive at the site, don't be put off, some fund serious research and some donate serious money for research.
I did not include the pharmaceutical companies although some have excellent information on their sites.
There are some good blogs out there as well. And many abstracts about PD research. Information comes from everywhere.
