98 dodge ram 1500,the front vibrates when speed hits 70k/hr?

the steering wheel is steady and dont vibrate.the check gage lights on on idle and oil gage drop to bottom.but if i revup, it goes up and light off.(just change the oil).

    replace the oil sending unit first, while you're at it test the oil pump using a compression gauge plugged in where the sending unit came from and running the engine. as for the vibration it could be one of a thousand things, but usually is from improperly balanced or un-evenly worn tires.
