2009 CFL rule changes?
Does anyone know if the CFL has published the 2009 rule changes yet? If so, where can I find them published?

I saw them in the paper today, but I don't know where you might see them so I'll summarize:
Can't take the the ball from your 35 after a field goal. The receiving team must instead receive a kick instead of having a choice.
Kick after surrendering a safety is from 25 yd line instead of 35.
Head Coach is allowed a third replay challenge if he was correct on the first two. Before it was two max no matter what.
Finally, the Quarterback is allowed to line up in a different position for offensive plays, ie you could theoretically split Kerry Joseph out at Slot Back for example. Before the quarterback had to take every snap from behind centre. This is kind of to allow CFL teams to run some gimmick plays mimicking the Wildcat that recently emerged in the NFL (Running back in shotgun).

I think Anne Murray is going to sing the rule changes to each team at training camp.
