Anyone else suffer from IBS?
I just got diagnosed and need some feedback as to what are some good sources of fiber other than fruit. And any other recommendations for this would be greatly appreciated.

I have had IBS for too many years. When things act up I try to use 'natural' stuff.
Pepermint seems to work for me. So chewing some Altoids can help. But what seems to work the best for me is to Pepermint Gels. They can be fount in most natural health and food stores.
Don't forget to check with your Dr. before taking any medication or drug. Most 'natural' cures are drugs and have side effects.

i had IBS since mid 2005. It was worse when i first got diagnosed, but after a couple of years my stomach is almost normal, not really but pretty close. Well you could eat different but after a couple of years, youll learn to control it, like what not to eat, how much to eat and etc. youll adapt. trust me, it sucks at first, i know but youll live. mind over matter helps a little XD
