They say in a recession you should make money at what you are good at. If you lost your job what could you do?

Mowing lawns. I've gone door to door the pay is alright 15-20$ and hour.

Babysitting, again 20-60$ a day.

I've made crafts and sold them at flea markets.

I've made flags, and sold them for $1 each during the fireworks shows.

Wash cars, again went door to door with my bucket and supplies in hand. Even the hose. LOL

I complete peoples taxes online.

I do budget counseling for people in need of a little help.

I've typed term papers.

I've walked dogs.

I've done personal delivery. Ran an ad in the paper to do peoples errands for them. Pick up dry cleaning, groceries, pay bills, drop off a letter at the post office.

I've also ran an ad for the elderly needing personal transportation to and from doctors appointments, drug stores, grocery shopping. Charged so much per hour.

And alot more.....Single mother with 3 kids, when you need money you find a way to get it.

I like to crochet, I make blankets, twin or full throughout the empty hours in the evening and sell them at christmas time for extra money.
