Taking Vodka/Whisky to other countries?
Im going to tunisia Sunday and i know a lot of things about travelling but there is one thing im not sure of. I bought 2 of my friends some alcohol in the uk. Is it aloud to take it in the suit case? My mother said she will have it in her suit case as i am not old enough to carry it as of yet.
I am worried that my bag will be checked that's all. but its ok to bring it back to the uk from other countries so is it ok to take it over there?
Thanks x x

I think you r able to take it to Tunisia but just to b sure check up in your travel agents that will advise you but do wrap it well in towels within your suitcase.Have a great time as I`m sure you will.

The best way to find out what to do is to contact the Tunisian embassy and ask for information about travel and border crossing restrictions. You should not carry alcohol into a foreign country unless you are absolutely sure it is legal, regardless of whose suitcase it is in. Be sure you get a written explanation of any restrictions. It does no good to be telling some border guard who is arresting you that "somebody at the embassy told me it was permitted." When crossing borders, it is best to know what you are doing.
