guys aged 18 and up please help?
Have you ever flirted with an older woman from work? And if you have what would you do if she suddenly decided she wants to sleep with you before you move away? What signals would you watch for to let you know she wants you? Let's say 15 year age difference, but I think I still look pretty good. Would you do it? What would be the best way to ask him if he's interested in a one time only fling and would he tell co-workers before he leaves?

Invite your young man out to get a "farewell" dinner or drinks. If he's truly interested, you'll know. Not-to-mention, most guys have fantasies about being with an older woman. I'm sure you can teach him a thing or two, also.
Don't try sending signals. We're not radio antenaes and frequently miss these "helpful" hints.
As for if he would kiss and tell or not, if you ask him not to, he probably won't.
I am 24 and would say yes to a goodlooking 39 year old any day.

I have never been in that situation. But no, i wouldn't sleep with a girl 15 years older or younger than me. Some signals though could be like: staring or glaring at you, attempts at conversation, or numerous compliments about you. As a guy, I would appreciate a girl asking me about a one night stand maturely. If one of us was leaving, I would like it if she would ask me about it in a way that shows that she likes me in some way. I wouldn't do it anyway considering I have a girlfriend who I love very much. But of course, you should just walk up to him and ask him how he feels about you.

im 19 and i personaly think older women who look ''pretty good'' are attractive. i wouldnt miss the oppurtunity to get with her for a million bucks!
the best way to ask him would by hinting in a sexy way and not being too direct
lastly yes i think he would tell co workers until unless he respects you as a woman or secretly loves you
