how to ask a coworker that's leaving if he wants a short fling?
We are never really alone and I am running out of time to ask him. What can I say and how do I get the point across if other people are around so that they might think I am joking but he will know I'm not. If I left a note in his car (windows are always down) would he show it around to co-workers? By the way I am about 15 years older than he is, which is part of why only a short fling.

Make up a reason to get him alone. need to get his opinion on something, have a personal matter you would like to talk to him about, whatever it takes to get him alone. Definitely no notes or anything that can be used as proof later on if it backfires. Just come out and ask him. The worst he can say is no and if so, hes leaving anyway. But there are not too many guys who will say no to a sure thing. Good luck.
