QUIERO INSTALAR EL REALPLAYER EN MI LAP TOP PERO SE CANCELA AUTOMÁTICAMENTE LA INSTALACIÓN?

He intentado instalar el RealPlayer en mi lap top pero de forma extraña, cuando la instalación lleva aproximadamente el 50% de proceso, se cierra automáticamente la ventana de instalación y el programa no queda instalado. Solo tengo instalado como reproductor el Windows Media Player... mi pregunta es si alguna configuración de mi computadora (tengo el Windows XP UE) está impidiendo que se instale el RealPlayer (la versión gratuita). Gracias a los que respondan.

    Instala los service packs algunos programas creo que el real nesecita esa actualización

    ME PASA LO MISMO CUANDO LO QUIERO DESCARGAR EN ESPAÑOL POR ESO LO TENGO EN INGLES.
