Does anyone know much about the Robert Allen and his wealth institute? is legit? Seems fishy doesn't it?
If anyone knows, how many people became millionaires. Is there a chart or something that says they've used his material and actually became wealthy. And if anyone would know a phone number that I could call and talk to him personally. It would help great

No, I do not believe they are enlightened and I strongly suggest you think twice before forking out $200 or whatever the fee is to learn how to get rich buying real estate. No money down properties and cheap foreclosures sound great but how many people do you know that have made a fortune using these "secret" systems?? If you really want to learn about real estate investing, take a course at your local college on this subject or go to your local library and find a book. (Make sure the author has actually made money with real estate eg. Donald Trump, and avoid those making unsubstantiated claims) Good luck!!
