If you were to inherit a VERY large sum of money, what would you do to occupy your time?

Lets say it was enough to live very comfortably for the rest of your life.

Would it be all fun and games, or would you try to make a difference in the world somehow? Volunteer, etc.

I would still be doing the same things as I am now, going to college, hanging out with my mates, partying and working part time. Only difference is I won't be struggling to pay for bills ;0) I would donate some money and volunteer as with the inheritance I don't need to work too many hours to live on.

I would change a lot. I would have more money so I probably wouldn't be home as often. I would live in a different place. I would work in a different place. I would buy different stuff. Personality wise, hell no.. I'd still be the dirty little b|tch everyone knows. I just would be able to afford better hookers.

I would definitely donate some money to charity. And maybe spend more time volunteering as well, especially at the animal shelter. I would also wanna travel and go to Japan....and hopefully meet a cute asian guy ;-)

And I would definitely share the money with my family.

Well think about all those poor children who are dieing for want of a few dollars, you probably don't need all of the money you get so why not make a difference? The warm fuzzy's you get when selflessly helping someone else are SOOO worth it,

volunteer and donate some money...i would NOT feel right sitting on my butt w/ all my money w/o sharing a dime of it to people in need.

i'd also do some traveling (london, south africa, brazil, hawaii) but spend a lot of my time with my nearest and dearest riding horses, going on road trips, doing simple things and most likely be taking classes to learn how to do all sorts of stuff :D

Id buy a house, have a family, donate money to all kinds of worthy charities, and also donate money to science labs or other places, so they could find a cure for mental disabilities like epilepsy and things.

I'd make an electric generator that runs off of a magnet motor that's assisted by a hydrogen powered Stirling engine.
