Nah, I wouldn't lie and say I have a disease. I don't want to trick people into giving me a dollar. Just would want to see if people would be willing to give me a dollar for no reason at all other than me posting a message like this on a website with a paypal link. More of an experiment.
LOL Troy. I don't have a site and haven't set one up. I am talking about theory here. I haven't followed through with the idea.

It is possible but I don't think you have good marketing skills.
In order to donate, people would need to know about your website first.
If no one goes to your website, no one will donate any dollar.
You should have posted the link to your website along with your question. What other things are you doing to promote your website.
