I was invited by a friend to a party and they insist I be there. What should I do?

How long is he the ex...what kind of break up...can you guys be in the same room...is there a jealously issue with another guy or girl...so many questions...Are you able to be civil, stay with your friends, stay out of a confrontation...answer these and more about your past relationship and then decide. One thing for sure, you can't spend the rest of your life avoiding ex relationships. If you do, then how many parties will you ever attend again. You can't let others run your life, if you do, you will be very lonely.

It's up to you, if it's going to be a small party with less than 20 people you might want to take a rain check but if it's going to be quite big you should be able to avoid your ex.

Ok what you should do is go to the party and have fun with your friends and try to ignore your ex and dont make eye contact or anything just have fun with friends :):)

Just go, act normal....he aint nobody special,thats y hes ur ex....act like he aint even there...dont let him see u sweat. If u dont go just cause of him, then it will seem like u still care ar wanna be with him
