which dress for prom?

i like the second one. it looks more prom-ish too

The second one (michelle harrison) The first is one of those dresses that looks good now but when you look back in 10 years' time you (and other people who have you in their prom pictures) will think, what was I wearing? Or, if you've got a great figure now you might think, god I looked good. The second one though is far classier and more classic, so you won't think, god what was I wearing? and, god I looked good in ten years' time, you'll only think how good you looked. It's also much easier to accessorize and get your shoes and make-up right in relation to.

I actually like Sam Z's suggestion. Although it hasn't got the benefits a more classic dress would offer, the diamante bit makes it easy to accessorize (and therefore easier to get wrong!) and the length is really funky. I also love the colour. I wasn't mad on either of the first two- the purple one is just really cheap-looking, and although I like and prefer the black one, I don't know you and it might be too dull, because although I like a black dress they are a bit conformist. I vote Sam Z.

The Cache one. Since you are so short the long one is going to make you look even shorter. Since the Cache one is shorter it will elongate your legs making you appear taller.

Personally i think the second onbe would be better for a prom and you will probably be able find accesories to go with it easier:)

The second one, it's more prom looking, and you'll be able to find accesories that go with it better than the first one.

but since you're 5'2, because I am too, I wanted to look taller so I got a floor-length black dress similar to that one and I looked longer (taller).

Definitely go for the fist one. Its very cute , the other one, however, I find the second one is nice, but looks to mature. (like, 30s mature)
