I used to think so, but after living 32 years without, I finally found someone I loved more than I ever thought possible, and I was deeply hurt by him. I really do wish I had never met him, because then I would never have known what I was missing.
Maybe someday I'll think differently, once I've met someone else, but for now, that's what I think.
