Virus scanner keeps flagging csaiue1.ocx as a "Potentially unwanted program". Should I delete it?

The so-called virus scanner could be a con in its own right. Use the Command Line Interface (the program called Command) and back track to the root directory using the CD \ command. Search for all occurrences of csaiue1.ocx by using the DIR command as in DIR csaiue.ocx/s and make a note of where the file(s) can be found. Change the name of the file(s), re-boot the computer and see what happens. This virus scanner could the program that has created the file in the first place, which could explain how the virus scanner knows it is a potentially unwanted program.

If the file suddenly occurs again you will know that the virus scanner is creating the file.

I checked Folder Options and the .OCX file is supposed to be an ActiveX control file. I have also checked my own computer I do not have that file on my hard drive but I do have ActiveX controls. Most of the .ocx files are in the windows\system32 folder and copies of them are in the windows\system32\dllcache folder.
