Go to your photos.
Click on "edit photos"
Look for a rectangular light blue button that says,
"Tag Photo."
Tag your photo of friends & yourself.
Even type in anything else, and still tag it.

go and tag someone like you would if they had a myspace but type their name in and then click ok and it will show up but their will be no link to their profile

you just click tag and not put in a url, just a name, but if that doesn't work, you might not be able to
