estoy por alquilar un local y.?

el posible inquilino no tiene garantías solventes, el me propuso que vea la forma de que sus herramientas de trabajo sean su garantía, alguien me puede decir como puedo hacer? es un chico trabajador!. lo dejaron sin trabajo y quiere ponerse un kiosco

    Si prendandolas eso debes averiguarlo en el registro de credito prendario suerte.

    Como quieras pero, si no sabe nada de negocio no le va a resultar por lo tanto, el perjudicado además serás tú . Pregunta en una inmobiliaria. Suerte!
