2001 Chevy Impala Power Window Problems?

The power window on the drivers side will go down but not go back up. What is causing this?

    replace the switch, then check the motor

    Check the power window switch.

    Lubricate the door glass rubber channel with silicone lube to ease th glass movement twice a year on all the doors.

    how to replace power window motor

    not much to it other than removing door panel and a few bolts easy done in a few hours at home
