Your eyebrows actually look really nice. I would trim them just a little bit though. But not too much. I think your eyebrows suit you.
I think you are naturally beautiful, so I wouldn't put much make up on you.
Maybe a little bit of mascara or bronzer

1st off- you are NOT ugly, dont let anyone tell you otherwise
2nd off-Unless that Hockey goalie is Brodeur in the background BOOO :P
ok anyway
If you choose to wear makeup (which by your pic you really dont need to) and do your eyebrows
You should get your eyebrows waxed professionally first to shape them, and then tweeze to keep up. just having your eyebrows shaped can dramatically give you a new look. It is alot to keep up with sometimes though.
As for makeup if you want to stay minimal, some black mascara helps your eyes pop, I think a lipgloss with a reddish tint would bring out the green in your eyes, Its minimal and easy to do.
If your looking for something more extreme, black liner. It works on pretty much anyone, (great eyeliner, revlon colorstay. can be found at walmart or any drug store) Black mascara, and purples, also dark browns and bronzes look very pretty with green eyes. Blues make them look a little more dull and pinks can be hard to work with hazel/green eyes) and again, a red based lipstick.
Again you are very pretty without it but if you wanted to even just dress up at night those are either some extreme or minimal options

I think if you don't want a 'i have make up on' look then maybe you should try Sally Hensen's airbrush makeup or some type of mineral set. As for your eyebrows I don't think they're too unruly maybe thin them out (clean them up) a bit. I think Cover Girl can't hurt, but I've heard good things about the Sally Hensen airbrush makeup you just spray on a sponge and apply. You probably wouldn't have to buy a lot of accessories besides sponges versus the mineral makeup where you'd need a kabuki brush and whatever else comes in the set. (eco tools from target has a mineral brush set) Search youtube for tips on applying....

First of all you're not ugly, don't worry about it.
And your eyebrows aren't hugge either.
First of all, try to igve form to your eyebrows, but if its your first time let somone else who know alot or got to a salon to do it.
tell them you don't want them thin, you just want them a bit thinner and a natural form to them...they'll look very nice when you're done....
You have light skin just like me, so wear a very light cream foundation..
afterwards, try some nice brown or black eyeliner on your eyes, you can either put it on your water line....(the inside part of the bottom part of your eye) if u decide to line it there then curl your eyelashes just a bit, don't make it obvious ok?
and then wear some lilac duos of eyshadow it should really bring out your eyes, you can try neutrals if you want a natural look, like bornws, lilac, and some green...
afte that make line the lash line and put a mascara on....
your eyes and complexion will look very nice=) ^^
For your lips, try wearing a peach lip gloss, or a shimmery chapstick...make sure (if u decide to wear pink colors on your face) make sure u don't over do it, because it will not come out the way you want it to...
hope i helped=)

you do need to smooth out your skin tone even if you just use a good brand tint for your base. I like oil of olay. don't go too heavy on the shadows and liners though. it will only make you look rougher.
