Can I take my tub doors off and put up a shower curtain?
I hate the glass doors on my tub, what do i need to know about taking them off? it seems like i can just unscrew the frame and take it out but it seems too easy.... what am i missing?

There's silicone caulking under the track.
After you remove the screws, you're going to want to score the caulking with a Stanley knife, being careful not to scratch the tub.
Then you're going to want to use a stiff putty knife, NOT a scraper with a sharp edge, to carefully pry the track off the tub.
Once up, you can remove the excess caulking and fill the holes with new silicone.
Then just install a spring-tensioned curtain rod.
Or better yet, one with sockets so children can't pull it down..
Sorry, you remove the doors by lifting them off and out of their tracks on the top rail.
The top rail then should lift up off of the side rails..

it is very easy. when my daughter got a little older i was scared she would fall into the glass or threw it so i removed them and put up a shower curtain. It wasn't very hard at all, just a few screws for the tracks and they came right off. on mine anyway.

You will have holes in the wall.... go look for a door you like better
