Can I use old memory?
I have an old Compaq 2100 that the power slot is broken out of and an newer Compaq C500. I need more memory on my newer laptop, and need to know if I can take the memory out of my Compaq 2100 and add it to my Compaq C500. I am not sure what kind of memory each has.

If you find out the type and speed of memory and compare it to your new memory, than it will work.
