Why can't Muslims Debate their beliefs?

Because islam is wrong and impossible to defend, at least with anything that makes sense. Why did Muhammad have sex with a child? "Because everyone did then." Well there you go! All prophets of God just followed people instead of following God! That explains it all. Or if you tell a Muslim the truth, that (s)he follows a man, (s)he loses it and says we are stupid. Um, did allah say that Muhammad was the perfect example and to follow him? Yes he did! What the hell are all the hadith for? lol.

To all the Muslims answering. You're only seeing one side of the conversation because that's what Muslims usually allow. Many of these hateful comments come from cowards who don't allow email. That was one of the reasons for putting them out there. You try to silence anyone who disagrees with you. We're not going away, so you should just get used to us and learn to play nice.

It's always fun to wake up, check your email and find a death threat or some freak saying he will rape your children. Why? Because I don't like islam? Too bad. Because I say Muhammad was a criminal? History shows he was and so do islamic texts. Because I say islam is not from God? According to my beliefs, it's not. According to a Muslims beliefs my Bible is corrupt. For some reason Muslims feel they can insult other faiths on a regular basis, but no one is allowed to tell THE TRUTH about islam. I'm going to keep telling the truth.

EDIT: Many Muslims have made many excuses for Muhammad's relationship with Aisha. The point is that none of them work and yours doesn't either. There is also a hadith that says Muhammad watched a baby girl crawling and said he will marry her when she is older. He died before that happened. He had dreams of Aisha being presented to him. It is unnatural and abnormal behavior to think of a child like that, but he did. I've heard the excuse that the desert climate makes girls menstruate sooner and it was typical for older men to marry young girls. There is no excuse that can explain pedophilia.

Muhammad also took a 15 year old Jewish girl:

Those teenagers are not adults and neither is a baby. He had a history of liking much, much, much younger girls.

That's a huge question that really asks nothing but seeks to incite hatred for Islam.

You could have used less characters to tell others you hate Muslims.

You are too smart to be asking questions of anyone and you are a dictator by attitude so why should any Muslim want to debate his/her personal belief with you.

Islam is the Quran and the Quran answers all it's critics and there isn't any question that you can ask Quran that is not already answered by Quran.

The Quran cites you as making mischief in the Earth while you claim that you only want to make peace.

You have proved your insolence by your question or your example.

Allah states in Quran that the non-Muslim has no understanding and you are leaning on your own misunderstanding and the Bible calls you a fool for this and the Bible agrees with the Quran.

You are of those who cannot imagine how ignorant a dictator you are when you expect that Muslims are fools to fall under your ignorance.

Muslims will be wasting time trying to debate with you when you have no belief and you do not understand the meaning of belief and you do not know the difference between belief and brain-wash.

My advice to you is that you need to do some serious questioning of yourself and do some real research before you choose to tackle Muslims as if you are another man-God like Jesus.

And you have no idea who Jesus is even if you are Christian and study the Bible for Jesus belongs to a Roman Crucifixion Hoax that started 2000 years of Religious Fraud that the Quran confirms, and the Bible agrees with the Quran 100%.

I think christians and muslims will not join each other .Mus lims although its belief/faith is the same monotheism,becau se there is a slight difference between the two.Muslims do not believe that Jesus/Isa prophet is the son of God and christians do not believe in Muhammad pbuh as the last prophet.Christians will not join atheists too.,because atheists do not believe in God at all.

Cause most Muslims here are not lecturers or Da'ees. Why is it that when a Muslim has a debate with a Christian the Christians would loose their head. Im talking bout Professional debaters, not from Y/As.

Like for example Ahmed Deedat. When he did debates the Christians used to get angry at him and most of them couldnt answer the Qs from the audience.

Please any smart person would know if they want answers you dont go to Y/As for it. Most of us here are emotional and are still learning. Do you think our scholars, lecturers and da'ees would be in Y/A??? NO!

So go to a man/women who actually studied and went to school to learn Islam.

look people dont have time to argue about something which in the end will remain unchanged and that is that you will have your view and Muslims will have theirs. you want someone to sit and go back and forth with you and there are some who have the patience for it but most of us could care less what you think about Islam because you are entitled to believe what you like just as we are. As far as people having your questions and answers deleted, i believe in freedom of speech and i give people the opportunity to make themselves sound like asses so i never report anything :-) There are some who really seek to understand even if they walk away having to agree to disagree and then there are some who just like negativity and want to suck others up into it and you sound like you belong in this group. so my suggestion would be to not waste your energy hating Islam, which by the way is the fastest growing religion in the world ;-) instead why dont you use that energy to engage in something that will benefit you and this is my final answer (wink)

'Allah' told Muslims not to ask a lot of questions. Mohammed got angry when asked a lot of questions. So no wonder Muslims follow the same attitude...

Yes, when muslims act "wrongly", people start talking about Islam. But WHEN did Christians and Jews kill millions IN THE NAME of their religion? The difference is, Muslims terrorize humanity in the name of Allah; Mohammed...they clearly state they are following the Quran!

Read the debates on www.faithfreedom.org - if they won the debate the site would now be a dawah site as Ali Sina says. None of them have the guts to do it though - always "too busy" to challenge him. Why Mohammed was not a prophet: One who claims to be a messenger of God is expected to live a saintly life. He must not be given to lust, he must not be a sexual pervert, and he must not be a rapist, a highway robber, a war criminal, a mass murderer or an assassin. One who claims to be a messenger of God must have a superior character. He must stand above the vices of the people of his time. Yet Muhammad's life is that of a gangster godfather. He raided merchant caravans, looted innocent people, massacred entire male populations and enslaved the women and children. He raped the women captured in war after killing their husbands and told his followers that it is okay to have sex with their captives and their "right hand possessions" (Quran 33:50) He assassinated those who criticized him and executed them when he came to power and became de facto despot of Arabia. Muhammad was bereft of human compassion. He was an obsessed man with his dreams of grandiosity and could not forgive those who stood in his way. Muhammad was a narcissist like Hitler, Saddam or Stalin. He was astute and knew how to manipulate people, but his emotional intelligence was less evolved than that of a 6-year-old child. He simply could not feel the pain of others. He brutally massacred thousands of innocent people and pillaged their wealth. His ambitions were big and as a narcissist he honestly believed he is entitled to do as he pleased and commit all sorts of crimes and his evil deeds are justified.

Islam speaks for itself and nowadays you can do your own research and find answers to your own questions,as for yahoo answers well it is just a bad place to start.

Honestly, there was this one Christian guy who emailed me saying that Allah is a moon god. I replied that email and said that he was wrong. However, me being someone with manners(ehem ehem) never used any harsh words. But he was the one who says that I am like a dead horse, he says 'may you gain blessings in this world before you rot in hell' and many more.

Maybe I never use any real harsh word cause English isnt my first language. Well, I think some people have different ways of thinking and working.
