I feel rough all the time but my blood tests came back normal, what's all that about?
I went to the doctor because I felt tired, weak and slightly sick pretty much all the time.
He did a blood test and it has come back as perfectly normal and he's written, 'no further action required' on the note with the results.
How rubbish is that?
I live a really healthy lifestyle, I'm a fitness instructor, so it's nothing to do with that.

well i've been there back a year ago where i was just so tired all the time, even dozing off in work so this was a problem so i thought, had teats done and like you they came back normal with nothing to worry about but still i was exhausted constantly so went back to my doctor who then said get the rest your body is craving for and gave me a sick note from work for 2 weeks then another 2 weeks and guess what?.....................on the 3rd week i felt right as rain and went back to work all new again.
doctor said it must have just been one of those things where stress and pressure take it's toll on you and you needed a good rest.
hope you feel better soon

Get your vitamin D checked via the blood. Mine was way low (31) and I started to take 2,000 mg of Vitamin D for about one month. Now, I am back up to speed......
Not to mention it is just being realized within the medical community that there are lots of people out there that are deficient in this vitamin. The idea is they are to test that before they prescribe medication for drugs like the SSRIs (for depression).
I couldn't believe that Dr.s have not been testing this before, but like anything they are just finding this stuff out.

Hypochondriasis (or hypochondria, sometimes referred to as health phobia) refers to an excessive preoccupation or worry about having a serious illness. Often, hypochondria persists even after a physician has evaluated a person and reassured them that their concerns about symptoms do not have an underlying medical basis or, if there is a medical illness, the concerns are far in excess of what is appropriate for the level of disease. Many people suffering from this disorder focus on a particular symptom as the catalyst of their worrying, such as gastro-intestinal problems, palpitations, or muscle fatigue.

More than likely it's "metabolic syndrome". Look it up. It's important because it leads to things like PCOS, diabetes, heart/circulatory problems, etc.
The cure is super healthy, nutrient rich, natural foods based diet along with moderate daily exercise.

fibromyalgia? i have it and it SUCKS, but you can learn to live with it. without any other info- i really don't have any other good guesses.
for better answers you could mention your age, how long this has been going on, the severity (annoying vs. disabling) and any other symptoms.

maybe its psychological? could be depression , that makes you tired and lethargic and can make you prone to illness.
