Does he really like me?

So there's this guy im 15 and he's 17, he started out by having a crush on me since he first saw me but i said Hell No, but we talked and texted as friends anyway and after a few months i started to have a crush on him too so we talked about what kinda relationship we wanted if he just wanted to mess around or something serious, so i put him on the spot many times telling him to tell me the truth that if he only wants to mess around then i can live with that but he'll just get angry and say no that he wants something serious but im not ready for something serious and he says that it's ok he's gonna wait for me so now were friends with benefits and he always asks me when were gonna go out officialy and he calls me everyday and gets jealous if i talk about other guys or my ex-bf's and i have stood him up many times and he never got angry or yelled at me but he admit to being upset about it and stares at me way too much and he'll admit when he thinks another girl is hot and he says that he did used to mess around with so many girls but that he's gotten bored of that and is looking for soething serious, and everyone just says he's a womanizer and doesnt want nothing serious with me and when i hear that he tries to get with other girls he tells me to come with him and go ask the girl if it's true or not and usually it isn't so, Does he like me? or is he really just a Womanizer?
