    WARNING: Not all lowfat dressings are good for you. Read the list of ingredients. If high-fructose corn syrup is in the top five, avoid it like the plague. HFCS is one of the worst things on the planet for you because it raises your "bad" cholesterol and your triglycerides.

    Kraft has a bunch of salad dressings that use extra virgin olive oil as a base, and olive oil is one of the best things on the planet for you. It raises your "good" cholesterol and lowers your "bad" cholesterol. So any dressing with an olive oil base that has little or no HFCS is best.

    low fat is always good. There is a real good wish-bone italian fat free that has 20 calories per serving instead of the normal 60+.

    But, really, you are tinkering with the margins here.

    The best cholesterol fighter is exercise.
