My girlfriend says I shouldn't eat my ribeye steak with salad everyday for dinner. Is she right?
Sirloin, Filet Mignon, and Ribeye are one of the leanest red meats you can eat. I don't eat sirloin, because it doesn't taste good, and out of ribeye and filet I prefer ribeye. Is eating steak and salad for dinner that bad for you?

Consuming too much red meat can raise your cholesterol. Red Meat should be eaten occassionally, not every day...
Try adding other foods to your diet like fish and chicken as well as pasta and lean ground turkey instead of hambuger to limit the amount of red meat...
I would stick to having a steak occasionally (about once every few weeks)
