Whats the name of this dance/Techno song!?

Question

I heard it in a shop yesterday. Its an old one. I asked the guy in store what it was and i think he said it was something like "9Am and waiting" But i dont think i have the words right in my head, because google searches yeild nothing.

Its a song with no words, and a chorus that's kind of like a guitar Sliding up and down through notes. Its kind of a dumb and mundane description, but it goes kind of like;

"Do - doowOOo~ Do - Do - doWOOOooooo~~ Do - DoowOOo Do - Do- doowooOOoo"
