Nathan Fein Told To Move On?

Personally I think it will be a big loss for NZ, I rate Fein much higher than Jones, and I really hope St George sign him for next year, he could bring so much to our great club.

Update:

Yeah Cricket Nerd, St George and Parra are the two biggest contenders for him right now.

Update 2:

magpie, its been proven that it was a try but Soward isn't to blame for the call, Clark was so shut it aye, and get the F*** over it mate.

Update 3:

PeTeY notice that since Jones joined the Warriors again they haven't exactly been doing anything special. They have been keeping Fein out of his proper position and I think it's cost them.

I think Parra really need him. They need someone who can play maybe 5/8 and push Mateo back to lock.

    Parra need anyone.

Stupid move my NZ. Fein has much more potential, seeing as Jones is gonna retire in a year or 2.

I tip Parra to get him, their in search of good halves. I don't think the Dragons will get him. I havn't heard a thing about St. George wanting a Halfback or a 5/8.

I personally wouldnt rate him better than Jones but he still is a loss for NZ. I'd like to see him at the Eels, they are doing it tough at the moment with Keating & Mateo out, they have noone else. Even if they sign him to come off the bench when the halves come back, at least Mateo can be more versatile and if their two halves do get injured again, Fien can get the start. I dont see why Dragons would need him, Hornby and Soward are a great combo, maybe Canberra could have him and get rid of Herbert...

Edit:Magpieman, and you call Bennett a whinger? lol Jeez, what a girl you are

R you serious? Fien much higher than jones? what has fien done this year for the warriors? cant think of much but when you think of the warriors few wins this year you think of stacey jones vs the sea eagles or the beaut of a drop goal vs the roosters.

Great move by NZ Warriors Fien is better at dummy half not at half back. Fien should have been the replacement for Issac Luke for the kiwi's.

Well it seems they have a couple of good young halves that they are grooming, but more importantly they have someone called Lance Hohai who is a brilliant player and can play at hooker, half and fullback. But they already have top options in Ian henderson, Stacey Jones and Wade McKinnon so given that I guess Nathan Fien is surplus to requirements.

I don't think St George are really in the market for someone like Fien, they already have a decent halfback they don't bother using in Matthew Head.

Before injuries started taking their toll, I didn't think the Eels would have any room for him. But now, I think Fien might be good for the Eels.

Dragons Are Most Likely To Get Him But Even Bulldogs Might Want Him U Never Know

  • I think if Dragons get Fien, they will get be a VERY strong side next year or whenever...they would be even stronger than what they are now.

They could dominate 2010, with confidence.

I find it odd how they are letting him go but stacey jones is only playing for this year alone?

Who will play halfback next year? common sense says fien, but they are releasing him...

It's disappointing to see Fien go, but whoever is lucky enough to nab him will undoubtedly be better for it.
