File sharing programmes?

Can anyone suggest a good file sharig programme OR tell me how to activate the KAD server bit on emule, it doesnt tell you how to do it in the help file

    I use to use Limewire among other programs. But I've stopped using all of them because it seams that no matter which one I would use I would get a virus eventually...even with anti virus programs running ( and yes, they were up to date).

    I hope you find a good virus free one!
