Definitely not, and for three good reasons. She's your aunt/ it would be incest, she's to old for you, and you should not be pressured to have sex with anyone. You should take action against this. Avoid her actions and tell a relative you feel comfortable with. When I say avoid her I mean if she sits beside you on the couch sit in a chair or stretch out on a couch. Never be in a situation when you are alone with her for a long period of time.

I'm sorry, but that's really creepy. Dude, I understand that you get horny and all, but there are so many more appropriate girls you could be hooking up with or having meaningful relationships with. It sounds like the consequences of starting something with your aunt could be messy. Just ask yourself, are you willing to risk the worst-case scenario in order to be with your aunt?
