Malaysians, what pillow are you using?

I've had cotton, fibre, goose down, memory foam and currently using latex. But I can't seem to find one that's truly comfortable for a good night's sleep. I'm prone to stiff neck.

Any recommendation?

    I'm using Dunlop Pillows.

But if you’re experiencing stiff neck then why don’t you try to sleep without pillow. I use to do that whenever I get stiff neck & it helps.

And no, age isn’t the issues here. Stress too can give you stiff neck if you’re pressured. I’m 22 & I too get stiff neck.

Try taking Flax Seed Oil, Fish Oil and drink Milk daily—it helps. Stretch your muscles daily. This helps too.

Try relaxing; go for a full body massage. Ask them to pay extra attention on your neck & shoulders area because these are the areas that stress “attack” first.

Sometimes, as age catches up with us, it’s not only about digit. Our responsibilities too gets added up. And for that reason, our level of pressure too rise up.

Check out Arc4life's Cervical Linear Traction Neck Pillow- They do ship international shipping as well . This pillow is made up of a polyester fiber fill- you can use it to gently stretch your neck while you are sleeping and it will give you excellent cervical support. The v in the middle of the pillow will make sure that your head and neck are in the correct position for sleeping- making it less likely that you will strain your muscles during the middle of the night. This is one pillow- there are many others to choose from the web.

Also, if you are prone to stiff neck, you should be doing some kind of neck stretches. Those will be a big help in helping to loosen the cervical muscles.

    Hope this helps.

Stiff neck... aiyoh poor thing. I'm using Simmons Beautyrest pillow. You can choose from Soft, Medium to Firm. They have coil springs inside (nope you can't feel the coils when you sleep on it... yup amazing). It's so comfy. I use Soft and I like it but I'm not too sure if it'll suit stiff necks. Maybe you can go to the shop and test it out.

It's hard to find pillow that suits u, some too thin, some too thick. But this is just nice. I'm lucky.

For guys......The best bantal is a pair of long smooth tights of a woman in kneeling position, both tights close tight together and you rest your head on the laps, try it out lah….or you can buy a pillow in that shape from japan

For Gals......What is better than sleeping on a man’s muscular hairy chest and being hugged by a strong muscular arm, if you don’t have such a boyfriend buy a “boyfriend’s arm pillow” from Japan
