San Diego reception for $40 and under per person?
San Diego area. Thanks!! I have only found two so far and that's Mission Valley Resort and Lafayette Hotel.

Try Barona Resort and Casino. They have a great room overlooking their beautiful golf course for about $20 a person.

You want venue AND food for under $40? I"m not sure but you should check out Balboa Park. They have exquisite sites & MANY of them are overlooked but they have lovely manicured gardens & an incredible stage setting & much more - typically for just a few hundred.
Call the site managers for Balboa Park or look them up online for weddings - some people do rent out the expensive places but there are many not so pricey areas just as nice.

Try the Doubletree hotel they were in that range 5 years ago but I'm not sure now.

Check out Bali Hai. It's a beautiful location on the water and is in your price range.
