If you are looking for a vampire-themed manga that is unique for the genre, I recommend the one-shot called 'The Reformed'. It basically center around the question: "Can a vampire ever find redemption?"

My ultimate favorite vampire anime is Vampire Princess Miyu. It mixes awesome feudal Japanese style with modern themes as well.

They are both really interesting; I hope you can enjoy them!
