Si no te aman ahora, nunca lo harán
that's how u say it in spanish.... watch out with the spelling

Si no te aman ahora, (pues) jamás te amarán.
Simply replace "te" with "le" when speaking to someone you do not know personally.

(That's if it is various persons)
Si el no te quiere ahora nunca te va a querer.
That's if is one single person (el) he (ella) she.
