Did Niccolo Machiavelli really fake his own death? I thought he wrote a book about a Prince or king that fakes his own death. I heard that he was the one to fake his death but is it true?

yeah, and i think its funny because well 2pac read lots of his books when he went to jail. Then Later changed his name to Machiavelli but spelled it mackevelli  < spelling and if you take out the C & K you can rearrange it to spell I am Alive hmmmm

It is a common misconception that Machiavelli faked his own death. There is no historical evidence that he did. He wrote about faking your own death to fool your enemies in his book the art of war.

Yeah, isn't it ironic that Tupac Shakur nicknamed himself after Machiavelli then got killed and people theorized that he faked his death. The only thing is that Tupac gave a different (incorrect) pronunciation to the name - Mackavelli.
