Is my Core i7 temperaure alright?

I have a core i7 920 overclocked to 3.3 GHz. I have a Ultra 120 cooler. My temps are 40-45 idle and 60-65 at load. Are these temperatures ok?

    Seems pretty good considering that Core i7 runs very hot; from what I heard, core i7 can hit 90C under load with the STOCK cooler on stock clock.

    You may be able to lower temperatures by lapping your TRUE

    do anything you can to avoid exceeding the 43 F. at load.

    liquid cool it if you have to.

    this will protect your cpu from killing itself over time.

    the temperature is a very big enemy to today's technology.
