Basically, he means you should start acting more professional. Act like a grownup, not like a kid.

That you don't (in the eyes of your boss) have an executive demeanor is one thing, that can be worked on.
What is slightly more worrying is that you didn't know the meaning of the words "executive demeanor"! I mean......I assume you know what "executive" means.....and how long does it take to look up the word "demeanor" on dictionary.com?
