    matters of the heart" questioni di cuore (the first one who answered was wrong)

    "Heartbreak" means rubacuore/crepacuore; "matters of the heart" means problemi di cuore and "sleepless sonata" means sonata insonne.

    heartbreak = crepacuore

    matters of the heart = materia di cuore

    sleepless sonata = insonne sonata
