A legal question about PFA's?
If someone has a Protection From Abuse Order filed against them would that restrict them from being able to travel outside of their home state?

Only if the PFA specifically required you to stay within the jurisdiction of the court which issued it. I do not beleive that a court has that authority unless you are on probation or parole.
