Mccan and Bourn is a very average trade Mccan is better than Martin and Abreu is going to do way more than bourne. That is a great trade for both of yall.
The second trade is way better for the person who gets Aaron Hill (2nd best second base on MLB fantasy) and Mark Buehrle is doing great in just bout everything. Adam Jones is really good but Mariano rivera is not going to do that great cuz he is old and injury prone.

Kosuke Fukudome wins the second trade. The first one is closer than the second one.

It's hard to tell who the real winner is. It really depends on who else you have on your team as a supporting cast.
