How do i add rows and columns in microsoft excel?
what i mean is like make the rows and columns darkened so when i print it, they will show up. i want it to look like it does when im creating it, where the row and columns are shown. how do i do this??

you mean with the gridlines as well as the data?
I can't remember how you do it in excel, butif you save the spreadsheet and open it as an object in word, then you can print it with the gridlines from word!

Select Print preview, go to Setup then Sheet. Enable the Print, Gridlines option. This is for 2003, 2007 is similar but I can't tell you exactly what to do, hey experiment if you are using 2007.
