Funny enough I worked in Singapore and it does not exist there, it is stir fried dish of chicken, small shrimp, green pepper and onions, mixed with a curry seasoning and rice vermicelli are added and tossed like Mei Fun or Lo Mein, it is a Hong kong dish first introduced in the 1960's in US chinese restaurants, it is popular here in Canada with the Asian community and almost Chinese and Vietnamese place here in Toronto makes there version, some will use BBQ pork instead of the chicken.
