Tongue-I personally have and it doesnt hurt it like catches you off gaurd and like stings but after u just feel like u have a big ball in your mouth! and numbness well the forst 2 weeks will be harsh u will taalk diffrent and after that it would be easy!(pain doing so 3..after 8)
Bell Button- I have its once again just a sting and lying on ur stomach will hirt for 4-5 days thats all.(4)
Lip- I have that really doesnt hurt...(2)

Don't have the first two but I got my lip done today and i'd give that a 7 and thats just due to the 1 second pain as the needle goes through your lip. I'll be honest with you though, after he had done it I hadn't realised, i thought he had just clamped my lip and was about too haha ^^
