Does anyone have a hot dill pickle recipes.or okra.?

I think the best guide for canning is the Ball Blue Book. Usually Walmart has them in the seasonal section, with the canning jars, etc. They have a recipe for bread-and-butter pickles that is awesome with one or two dried red chile peppers tossed in each jar. Mmm, hope it's a good year for cucumbers! (I even made pickles one year with thinly sliced small zucchini, and you couldn't tell them from the cukes.)

i'd say, from someone at a restaraunt's attitude...The Maple-Glazed Carrots sound very delicious and somewhat like a convenience food, and the nice and comfy Dill Bean Pickles look a lot like a southern food that if provided as a appetizer i'd suitable say "No thanks" yet save in ideas that is in basic terms my attitude.
