my puppy gets afraid when I'm gonna take her outside, what to do?

Every time I'm about to take her out for a piss, as soon as I hook the leash to her collar, she empties out right there. I slap her a little, say NO, and then walk her outside where she takes another piss, after which I give her a treat and praise her for going in the right place. Now what the **** am I supposed to do? I'm tired of cleaning out piss, I give her less and less water to see if she'll piss less, and it turns out she pisses more... wtf.. Today I took her out 6 times, and each and every time, right when I hooked the collar to the leash she took a piss... I cleaned 6 pools of piss from my floor just today... I've been taking her out on a regular basis for almost a month now and still no progress... I'm desperate...

Update:

I asked the question to see if I'm doing anything wrong. If I am, just point out what it is and I'll follow your advice. I'm so desperate to the point I'll try anything... dude, I'll do the chicken dance if I have to before I put the leash on... I'll do anything to stop the pissing on my floors... anything...

Update 2:

Is it possible she has a urine infection?

That would explain the abnormal amount of urine she's putting out. If so, I'll take her to the vet immediately.

I think I know how to help, and you'll be happy to know that it doesn't involve doing a chicken dance before putting a leash on:)

First and foremost, take her to the vet because she is definitely peeing excessively by your description. It very well could be a urinary tract infection or something wrong with her bladder.

Okay, if she is good and healthy.......

This could very well be submissive pee. When dogs submit to their leaders, they will pee. In canines it's a way to appease the more dominant dog. He is probably doing this because he's been spanked. I know you say you just slapped her a little. However, some dogs are more sensitive than others. This could depend on their breed or it may not, they may just be sensitive. You have a sensitive dog. So, I would recommend NEVER using physical corrections of any kind with this kind of dog. Some trainers and owners say this is effective and it has worked very well for them, but it doesn't work with dogs that frighten easy, which your dog does.

When you stand over him to put the leash on him, which is a dominant thing, he immediately submits to you and lets out some pee. So, when you have to put the leash on, get the leash and a treat. Sit on the floor and call him over to you. Hold the treat out and let him nibble on it while you hold it and putting the leash on at the same time. Once you have the leash on, let him have the treat completely. Then take him out.

Dogs learn by association. He could also have made the association LEASH=POTTY. So, when you put the leash on, he thinks he has to potty. When you are home, have him drag the leash around at all times. Of course, only when he is supervised. It's a huge safety issue if you leave a puppy running around with leash attached without supervision. When you leave, take the leash off. When you come home, put the leash on as described above and then have him keep it on.

If you catch him in the act of having an accident in the house, give him a quick loud "uh-uh." With a sensitive dog like yours, this will be plenty enough to interrupt his behavior. Then grab the leash and take him outside. Praise and treat when he finishes his pottying in the correct spot outside. Remember to clean the inside accident thoroughly with an odor neutralizer or enzyme cleaner.

Always remember what kind of temperament your dog has for all future training needs. Your dog is a sensitive dog. You should NEVER use any type of physical corrections or startling techniques on sensitive dogs. Otherwise, you will likely end up with far bigger problems.

Maybe if someone slapped you every time the dog was going out you would also begin to leave puddles on the floor, The puppy is acting on your attitude towards it , since your treat it like crap maybe you should consider giving the dog up to someone who is mature enough and intelligent enough to have a dog or any other living thing in your life... for real human babies take time to train so do dogs I could tell you how to make it simple but honestly can't see you wasting your time to want to do it... so I feel you should consider calling the ASPCA before you end up getting arrested over some abuse issue...
